Commissions

I do not operate on a first come first served basis, I open my commissions when it makes sense for me to and when I have the time to give full effort on someone's commission, I will not answer to commissions while my commissions status is set on closed.For commissions, you MUST reach out to me either via EMAIL or DISCORD. Your commission request must be when commissions are open, and they must have the basic criteria of :- Subject matter of Commission / Character
- Up to date References with Details
- Updates ahead of time, preferably have everything ready BEFORE commissioning meYou must also be very aware of my Commissions TOS and pricing, some very important details are listed inside both my document and on all my carrds, free for you to find. You must check my prices, agree to the TOS, have a clear idea on your Commission and be ready to pay after the sketching phase. You must reach out to me about Commissions through Discord, Instagram or Email.

Accepted Payments

Payments will be made in USD on Paypal or Ko-Fi. (There are other forms of paying such as Robux, Discord profile decorations, V-Bucks/Fortnite Gifts, or Steam Games.)For anything below 30$, all payments will be up front, anything over 30$ and a full payment will occur after you recieve the sketch of your commission.I do not do refunds, especially for finished pieces.

Terms of Service

General Terms:
1. I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
2. The Client must provide clear references, descriptions, and any specific requests before work begins.
3. The commissioned artwork cannot be used for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain-related technologies.
4. I will not accept any NSFW commissions from a minor, no matter the price offered. I am an adult intended creator. If you are commissioning NSFW art from me, I require your ID.Communication:
1. All communication must take place via Email, Discord, or Instagram DMs.
2. The Client must respond to messages in a timely manner. Delays in communication may result in delays in completion.
3. Stay in contact throughout the process for input, if you ghost me before payment your project will be discarded. After payment, you have a one month grace period, if no communication takes place the piece will be either postponed or stored and will not be a priority to finish until you come back. A response will be required before I send the piece over to avoid inactive, hacked or spam accounts.Payment:

3. Prices are non-negotiable once agreed upon unless the scope of work changes significantly.Refund Policy:
1. Completed artworks will not have any refunds available.
2. Full refunds are only available if I have not started the commission.
3. Mid-progress refunds are not available, make sure you want to work with me 100% before commissioning.
4. All payments are final.Cancellation:
1. The Client may cancel a commission before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, the refund policy outlined above applies.Process and Delivery:
1. Turnaround time varies depending on complexity and my current workload. Estimated completion time will be provided after confirmation.
2. Progress updates will be provided upon request or at predetermined milestones (e.g., sketch approval, line art, coloring).
3. Final artwork will be delivered digitally in [file formats, e.g., PNG, JPEG, PSD] via [Email, Google Drive, Discord, Instagram, etc.].
4. No physical items will be shipped unless otherwise agreed upon.Revisions:
1. Minor revisions are allowed during the sketching phase at no additional cost.
2. Additional revisions beyond the initial ones, or revisions requested after the approval of major stages (e.g., line art or coloring), may incur extra fees.
3. No revisions will be accepted after the commission is completed and delivered.Copyright and Usage Rights:
1. As the artist, I retain full copyright to all artwork I create, including the right to use it for my portfolio, promotional materials, and social media.
2. The Client receives rights to use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes only (e.g., social media icons, wallpapers), unless commercial rights have been purchased. If you wish to purchase commercial rights, please elaborate and we will discuss prices. You can purchase commercial rights to commissions from me.
3. Redistribution, resale, or modification of the artwork without my consent is prohibited.
4. The Client must credit me (e.g., tagging or mentioning my handle) when sharing the artwork publicly. Do not claim the artwork as your own creation.Liability:
1. I am not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the commissioned artwork outside the agreed-upon terms.
2. Once the artwork is delivered, the Client assumes all responsibility for file storage and preservation.Warnings:
1. Attempts at scamming, chargebacks, reselling of my work, removing of my watermarks or violating any of my Terms of Service will warrant action taken. Do not do this to any artist please, myself and others work hard to create art.
2. Do not REMOVE, COVER, or ALTER my signature or my logo on the art.
3. Stealing, tracing, reselling or claiming that the art I drew for you was created by you will result in you being put on a blacklist from my commissions and being publicly announced that you are not to be served by me. Legal action may be taken depending on severity.
4. My work is not to be sold to anyone ON the blacklist by a different commissioner.

Agreement Acknowledgement
By commissioning me, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of current commissions and refusal of future services.
